The FDA advises that drinking up to 400 mg of caffeine – the equivalent to two 12oz cans of Headsprung – is safe for most individuals. However, everyone metabolizes caffeine differently, which means that caffeine sensitivity varies from person to person.

- Other ingredients (sodium caseinate, soluble corn fiber, dipotassium phosphate)
- Headsprung DOES contain dairy in the form of sodium caseinate; however it is <2% of the formulation and has very little lactose.
